• You may open and check the package while the courier waits. 
• Returns and exchanges are only accepted 24 hours from receiving your order.
• All returned items will be inspected before refunds, please make sure they're returned in their original condition.
• If you like the piece but you want another size, you return the size that doesn’t fit you with the courier and pay the delivery fees and you place a new order with the new size. 
• All accessories are final sales.
• Exchanges are partially paid (the courier will inform you with the amount that needs to be paid)
• There are NO returns on sale items, only exchange.
